Rental Includes

Your rental package encompasses:

• Use of the vehicle within Albania and abroad.
• Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance (TPL and Casco).
• Unlimited kilometers.
• 24-hour roadside assistance.
• Taxes and VAT (20%), included in the daily rental price.

Required Documents

To secure a rental vehicle, customers must provide:

• Passport or identity card.
• Driving license.

Payment for Rental

Lease payments must be settled prior to the commencement of the rental period. Payment options include:

• Credit/Debit card.
• Bank transfer.

Basic Conditions:

• Daily rental duration: 24 hours.
• Grace period for delays: 1 hour free. Beyond 1 hour, an additional day’s rental is charged.
• Fuel policy: The vehicle is provided with fuel and should be returned at the same level.
• Cleanliness: The vehicle must be returned washed, both inside and out.

Traveling Outside Albania

• For customers planning to travel beyond Albania, it is essential to purchase International car insurance.

Note: The rental fee does not include:

• Fuel
• Fines
• International car insurance.
